REMOTE POSITION - US The applicant should be able to obtain/maintain a U.S. security clearance at the secret level (requires U.S. citizenship). Responsible for advising various groups on the capabilities of the platform, and architecting and implementing solutions for various problems for the cloud business. This includes but is not limited to: * Building & Managing Custom Applications Employees at this level are key to advance and modernize PTC's cloud processes. A well-rounded technical/functional skill set, and deep knowledge of ServiceNow is a must. Employees at this level may lead and mentor lower level contributors. Responsibilities: * Solution design * Solution implementation * Support on roadmap definition and strategy * Future modules implementations * Troubleshoot and fix bugs * Define and support test cases and test strategies * 30% platform administration and 70% platform development * Contribute to requirements gathering and documentation * Creating reports and dashboards Skills and Knowledge: * 5+ years' experience in ServiceNow Specialist or Technical Architecture role * 5+ years' experience with JavaScript * 3+ years of software industry experience * Experience developing custom applications * Experience developing custom reports and dashboards * Experience with REST API * Experience creating and modifying ACL's * Experience managing CMDB * Experience with ITOM * Experience with patching and upgrades Education and Experience: * Bachelor's Degree * ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator * ServiceNow Certified Application Developer * Understanding of the ITIL Framework * Ability to understand and build complex workflows * Willingness to learn and experiment with cutting edge cloud technologies * Experience with agile development methods * Nice to have: project management experience * Experience code to Public Cloud Provider API's (Azure and/or AWS) The applicant should be able to obtain/maintain a U.S. security clearance at the secret level (requires U.S. citizenship). PTC carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, which may include the background and experience of all applicants, which can cause your compensation to vary. PTC anticipates the ServiceNow Architect to have an annual salary range of $90,000-$120,000. The actual pay may vary depending on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Additionally, this role might be eligible for discretionary bonuses and/or payment of any relocation expenses that might be incurred.
