Position Title:Equipment Finance Transaction Coordinator Business Unit:BCSI Reports to:Supervisor of Equipment Finance Operations Position Overview: This position is primarily responsible for maintaining contracts in the post booking phase to include updates, modifications and corrections. Incumbent will manage the complexities of terminating an account to ensure accuracy and efficiency of financial transactions while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards within Bank Capital Services.Assists management to ensure processes and procedures are completed in a timely manner. The incumbent provides direct support to vendors and internal management as the point of contact for projects and reporting. Primary Responsibilities: Processes payoff quotes and final payments. Once the lease terms have been satisfied and the payoff has been posted, the incumbent will terminate the lease within the appropriate software. The terminated lease will be communicated to the accounting group to ensure proper G/L entries. Posts payments to individual lease accounts and balances cash receipts. Completes daily cash reconciliation, monitors unapplied cash on account, and corrects journal entries as needed. Serves as a point of contact for customers regarding post booking inquiries, such as payment schedules, account changes, or discrepancies. Tracking and processing of Personal Property Tax Letters, invoicing customers and following up with 3rd party tax preparers. Tracking of customer maintenance payments and processing of associated 3rd party maintenance fees. Performs other related duties and projects as assigned.
