Responsibilities

Quail Run Behavioral Health Hospital Phoenix is seeking a dynamic and talented Executive Director of AZ Outpatient Continuum to join our team of compassionate, dedicated professionals.

The Market Executive Director is a leadership position responsible for the assessment, development, implementation, and management of the outpatient services within a designated market. Position will collaborate with facility CEO's on management and supervison of Outpatient staff for designated service sites. Travel amongst facilities in the region/service area will be required.

Under the guidance of the Regional Vice President Operations and Corporate Outpatient Department, the Executive Director will be responsible for the following:

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Accountable for overseeing, supervising, and monitoring of daily outpatient operations for multiple assigned facilities ensuring budgetary expectations are met.
  • Facilitates maximum performance relative to operational objectives of Outpatient teams and service sites.
  • Ensure growth, strategic plan execution and expansion objective are met.
  • Collaborate on market-specific projects & initiatives and be accountable for: census building efforts and strategic planning, achieving budgeted financial objectives, expansion of programming.
  • Oversee all regulatory compliance and safety objectives.
  • Communicate with facility, market, and corporate leadership and will work closely with business development on community referral efforts including strategy, partnerships, and collaborations.
  • Manage the internship supervision processes including intern placement, school/university communication and overall adherence/compliance with state specific guidelines.
  • Responsible for the supervision of the Step-Down Navigator; ensuring that step-down processes are adhered to including the promotion of outpatient services, patient engagement, and routine data entry.
  • Gather and evaluate data through various platforms including Midas, MS4, SharePoint, to identify trends and drive development.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree from an accredited university in the field of Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Nursing or another mental health related field preferred
  • Master's level Clinician, licensed preferred
  • 3-5 years of related experience; preferred in a psychiatric health-care facility
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time for site visits, field analysis, and development
