Senior Manager II, Early Childhood Identification Services

Willow Oaks Administrative Center

Description

Plans, manages, and coordinates the multifaceted program activities and personnel of the early childhood identification and services at several early childhood assessment team (ECAT) centers; leads the systemwide efforts in the development, management, assessment, evaluation, and revision of programs and/or projects to ensure the quality of and equitable access to educational services and resources for students; exercises leadership to design, create, implement, assess, revise, or adapt a curriculum service or other educational program.

Qualifications

Required

  • Master's degree.
  • Five (5) years of experience in teaching and/or administration and supervision.
    • Advanced degree(s) beyond the minimum degree requirement in a relevant field may be considered for some experience.
  • Postgraduate educational license with endorsement(s) designated as appropriate to the assignment.
  • Administration and supervision PreK-12 endorsement.
  • Knowledge of philosophy, goals, procedures, organization, and professional specialties of the program.
  • Knowledge of public education organization and administrative requirements in specialty.
  • Familiarity with applicable regulations, legislations, and policies.
  • Skill in teaching adult learners.
  • Ability to manage and coordinate programs.
  • Ability to effectively lead teams in multiple projects.
  • Ability to supervise and evaluate personnel.
  • Ability to establish and maintain a successful cooperative working relationship with appropriate school communities and school-based and central office staff.
  • Ability to facilitate meetings and/or present information to groups.
  • Proficiency in the use of technology and data compilation, analysis, and reporting.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.

Salary Range

$111,845 - $170,147
