Lead Caregiver

SUMMARY:

Monday - Friday

6:30 AM-2:30PM; Hours may vary

$15.50-$16.40/hr depending on education and experience

Older Toddler Room

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Associates degree or higher in Early Childhood education or child development OR 12 semester hours in early childhood/infant toddler development with 960 hours of experience OR valid child developement associate credential with 480 hours of experience
• Experience working with young children preferred
• First aid and CPR training preferred
• Must be 19 years old to apply

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Overseeing the planning, implementation, and evaluation of the classroom program and child assessment
• Following all childcare licensing rules and regulations
• Overseeing childcare staff members in the room and overall care and supervision of children.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, OR REGISTRATIONS:

• 16 hours of early childhood development classes and CPR/First Aide certification yearly per state requirement.
