Physical Therapist

• Position: Physical Therapist
• Hourly Pay Range: $35.16 - $54.50. The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.
• Unit: Acute care, Hospital, Inpatient Services
• Location: Arlington Heights
• Hours: Monday - Friday - 8am - 4:30pm, ( Alternating Sundays with Flex day off during the week)
• Full Time: Full Time, 40 hours per week

What you will need:

• The completion of a degree in Physical Therapy from an A.P.T.A. accredited school, or the equivalent
• Current Illinois licensure or eligibility
• CPR certification through the American Heart Association

General Summary:

Reporting to the Rehab Services Manager or Rehabilitation Supervisor with accountability to the Director and Team, performs evaluations, treatment planning, goal setting anddevelops and implements individual Physical Therapy programs designed to improve and maximize patient mobility and independent functioning within their physical limitations.
