SEI Private Wealth Management (PWM) is a business unit of SEI that delivers an innovative and complete wealth management offering to high net worth individuals and families. Service offerings include Goals-based Planning, Investment Management, Financial Management and Reporting, Legacy and Estate Planning, Philanthropic Planning and Aggregated Reporting and "Score Carding" of progress towards goals.

The Advisor Team of the Private Wealth Management unit provides the Advice and delivery of Goals Based Wealth Management Solutions to clients. The Advisor Team supports attainment of PWM's value proposition through excellent client service.

The team is looking for an individual to service, manage and maintain relationships in collaboration with the Senior Private Business Manager. This individual will learn the SEI PWM Goals Based Wealth Management process (GBWMP) and will be part of growing the PWM business.

This role is based out of our Seattle, WA location.

What you will do:

This position requires an individual focused on delivering excellent client service. To be effective in this role, the individual will be organized, detail and process oriented and adept at working with team members to deliver a cohesive goals-based investment process.

Key deliverables of this role include the following:

  • Develop and implement a goals-based strategic plan for each client.

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.

  • Execute PWM's client driven wealth management process.

  • Grow portfolio of client relationships.

  • Deliver on business goals of client satisfaction, referrals and increasing revenue.

  • Work with advice and service team members to deliver cohesive goals-based advice to clients.

What we need from you:

  • A minimum of 5 years advisory experience working with client relationships

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university with a Finance/Accounting focus

  • Industry certifications, CFP, CFA or graduate degree

  • Series 65 or 66 licensing

The base salary pay for this role is $150,000 - $180,000 per year.

This position will also be eligible to earn sales compensation based on sales each year, subject to company approval.
