Student curatorial assistant

Under general supervision, assists with the gathering and manipulation of data, preparation and curation of specimens, shelving and working with chemicals and frozen animal tissues, as well as general lab maintenance. In addition, may participate in data management on the ecology and distribution of amphibians and reptiles.

*Previous experience in a laboratory or museum setting
*Basic computer skills, including familiarity with office software such as Google Apps and/or Microsoft programs, particularly Excel and Teams.
*Experience with geographic information and database manipulation software (such as ArcGIS, QGIS, PostgreSQL)
