The functional unit coordinator for the BCU works to address the increase and sustainability of internal and external program capacities to deliver training and to develop and execute operational special pathogens response readiness plans. In addition, the RN Functional Unit Coordinator will:





  • Lead BCU Team Training



  • Orientation & Onboarding for New Team Members



  • Develop Training Resources



  • Provide Emergency Management Exercises



  • Maintain BCU Infrastruction & Operations



  • Develop Special Pathogen Workflows



  • Support System Transitions



  • Participate in National Engagement & Networking





Minimum Requirements:




  • Master of Science in Nursing from an accredited school of nursing
  • Maryland RN license at time of hire
  • 5 years of clinical nursing experience with at least two years of interdisciplinary or interdepartment program/project management experience at a nursing leadership level

Shift: Mon-Fri, 8-hour days

Minimum Requirements:




  • Master of Science in Nursing from an accredited school of nursing preferred but applicants without the regired degree may be considered, per Nursing guidelines
  • Maryland RN license at time of hire
  • 5 years of clinical nursing experience with at least two years of interdisciplinary or interdepartment program/project management experience at a nursing leadership level

Salary Range: Minimum 43.93 per hour - Maximum 68.09 per hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.

In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
