POSITION SUMMARY

Snow Bike Guides will lead guests during on hill snow bike experiences. As a Snow Bike Guide, your priority will always be providing exceptional guest service while consistently focusing on guest experience and safety. Snow Bike Guides will be knowledgeable of the Stratton Mountain terrain. On hill operation and compliance training will be provided. This is a seasonal part-time position. The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr, based on experience.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES
  • Guide guests on personalized snow bike adventures
  • Maintain the highest safety standards and compliance for all guests and staff
  • Personalize each guest experience to individual comfort and ability
  • Responsible for the overall guest experience during a snow bike guide
  • Responsible for meeting and leading guides in a punctual manner
  • Provide friendly and knowledgeable service
  • Process new, and fulfill pre-booked reservations in resort reservation system
  • Routine Snow Bike maintenance
  • Additional duties as assigned


EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

Education: High School Diploma, or equivalent

Experience:
  • Previous instruction/guide experience, preferred
  • Skiing/riding experience at Stratton, preferred


QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS
  • Must complete on hill snow bike training
  • Intermediate ski/ride skills, required
  • Computer literacy skills
  • Able to work outside for long periods of time inclement weather
  • Guest service orientated
  • Ability to lift at least 25lbs on a consistent basis


PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING CONDITIONS

This position will be required to work weekends and holidays
