Job Details Join our dynamic team as a Senior Director, Delivery Consultant, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organization! In this influential position, you will strategize, plan, and drive the execution of organizational design (OD) and change management activities for major initiatives across the enterprise. You will lead a dedicated team in providing expert OD and change management consulting, coaching, and support, while conducting diagnostics and assessments to define strategies that enhance value creation and drive impactful results. Your efforts will ensure that OD and change initiatives align with our business, cultural, and financial objectives, maximizing employee engagement and minimizing resistance. As a thought leader, you will collaborate closely with senior HR and leadership teams, acting as a trusted coach for executives and senior leaders as they navigate organizational design and fulfill their roles as change sponsors. You will integrate OD and change management activities into major initiatives, providing direct support and coaching to front-line managers as they guide their teams through transitions. This role emphasizes both the people and organizational aspects of change, focusing on process, systems, technology, and job role transformations. You will assess, develop, and implement innovative change management strategies that prepare our organization for success by anticipating and minimizing resistance, maximizing employee engagement, and driving swift adoption of changes. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development or Project Management or related field. Additionally, there is a minimum requirement of 10 combined years' experience in Organization Design, Project/Program and/or Change Management. Previous leadership experience.
