Location:Westlinks -12801 Westlinks DriveFort Myers FL 33913 Department: Business Office Work Type: Full Time Shift: Shift 1/8:00:00 AM to 4:30:00 PM Minimum to Midpoint Pay Rate:$27.78 - $37.50 / hour Summary Supervises daily operations of the Home Health operations and compliance teams. Supervises a staff of non-licensed and licensed professionals. Manages scheduling, payroll, daily timekeeping and oversees teams day-to-day activities. Plans, organizes, directs, and controls the Medical Records, Front Office, Fleet Coordination, Authorizations, Billing, and Analysts to ensure quality and productivity standards are met. Requirements Education: Associates degree required or 2 years of formal education or training beyond high school. Experience: 3 years of business office experience required. Healthcare-related experience preferred. Certification: Not Required License: State of FL Drivers License; Require Other: US:FL:Fort Myers
