The Graduate School of Applied and Professional Psychology ( GSAPP), is seeking applicants to work on the School Climate Transformation Project. This project is Funded by a large-scale grant, is designed to support implementation and evaluation of school districts' use of data from a state school climate survey to guide school climate improvement. As part of this effort, Rutgers University is seeking a co-adjunct staff member to complete analyses of project data.

Qualifications


Minimum Education and Experience
A doctoral degree in measurement and statistics and three or more years of working on psychometric analyses are required.
Certifications/Licenses
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Advance knowledge of Item Response Theory ( IRT) is required. Experience working with large datasets in the field of education is preferred.
Equipment Utilized
Must be familiar with software for conducting item IRT analyses.
