Job Title: Executive Office - Corporate Engagement - Program Manager

Duties:

The Client's Office of Corporate Engagement coordinates the global philanthropic efforts, including strategic partnerships, charitable giving and employee volunteerism. Corporate Engagement is comprised of the client's Foundation, It Gives, 10,000 Women, 10,000 Small Businesses, Community TeamWorks (CTW) and other philanthropic and service-oriented endeavors.

CTW is the signature volunteer program that allows the people of the firm one day away from work to volunteer on a team-based project with a nonprofit organization.

Principal Responsibilities

  • Oversight of a portfolio of over two hundred volunteer projects in order to ensure the success of CTW, the internal stakeholder experience, and the GS partnership with the community organizations (includes: project planning, application review, acceptance and decline; upload of information onto internal Web site, main point of contact for nonprofits and internal stakeholders; grants processing; administration and reporting)
  • Represent OCE through delivering CTW related presentations to nonprofit partners and internal stakeholders
  • Conduct CTW Team Captain Trainings on a bi-weekly basis
  • Communicate with various internal departments to coordinate on-going logistical planning (events, marketing campaign, marketing material distribution & t-shirt fulfillment; drafting communications & training materials)
  • Assist with end of season program evaluation with data collection & data analysis
  • Multi-task projects and assignments with reporting responsibility to manager
  • Plan, coordinate and oversee the transportation for several hundred CTW projects

  • Team player, skilled at managing multiple projects and people
  • Critical thinker with sound judgment and proven problem solving ability
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills in person, on phone, by email and voicemail
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as in a team
  • Proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel and Word for presentations and data analysis
  • Highest degree of integrity, professionalism, diplomacy and discretion required
