JOB PURPOSE: Provide program coordination and administration for all aspects of the Emergency Services Department to include deployments, Disaster Case Management and other Emergency Services Program tasks as they arrive and are secured. Qualifications
ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION: High School Diploma/GED required. EXPERIENCE: 5 years administration experience and Emergency Management, non-profit experience preferred; 2-3 years' experience in a customer service focused environment. Proficient knowledge of MS Office, Word, Excel etc; Strong Math skills, 10 key by touch and proof reading. CERTIFICATIONS: Must have National Incident Management System (NIMS) Core Curriculum Courses. IS-100.C: Introduction to the Incident Command System, ICS 100 IS-0200.c Basic Incident Command System for Initial Response, ICS 200 IS-700.B: An Introduction to the National Incident Management System IS-800.D: National Response Framework, An Introduction ATTENDANCE: Must maintain regular and acceptable attendance at such level as is determined in the employer's sole discretion. LICENSES: Driver's License with clear record. VEHICLE: Must have daily use of a vehicle without prior notice. OTHER: Must be available and willing to work nights, weekends, holidays and travel to various locations with such frequency as the business need dictates and to report on short notice.
