Position Highlights:

  • Position: Physical Therapy Assistant

  • Hourly Pay Range: $26.25 - $39.92. The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

  • Location: 3329 75th Street, Woodridge, IL

  • Full Time/Part Time: Full-Time, 40 hours weekly

  • Hours: Monday-Friday, Day shift with 2 early evening shifts

  • No Holidays: Clinics are closed on Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and New Years Day

  • One-on-one, 45-minute treatment sessions

What you will need:

  • Requires sports medicine and post-operative rehab experience

  • Requires an Associate's Degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program

  • Demonstrates organizational, communication and problem-solving skills

  • Current State of Illinois Physical Therapy Assistant licensure within ninety days of start date

  • Current CPR Certification issued by either American Heart Association or Red Cross

Required without License:

  • Notification from Continental Testing Services advising of receipt and approval of application for licensure (if first-time test taker).

  • "Authorization to Test" (ATT) letter from Federation of State Boards of Physical Therapy

  • Confirmation of Computer-Based Exam

What you will do:

The Woodridge clinic is a fast-paced, post-operative and sports medicine clinic. You will be working closely with the orthopedic physicians in addition to the sports medicine clinicians in this space. A background in return-to-sport rehab, orthopedic post-operative care, weight training and/or higher level fitness prescription is required.
