Job Summary : The role of ICC Clinical Coordinator is to support the Assistant Director and Clinical Manager in administrative duties, as well as functionally support and extend the role of the Physician by providing patient-focused evaluation and communication.At all times, the Physician Assistant will function in accordance with the applicable articles of Indiana Code regulating the practice of the Physician Assistant. As changes to Indiana Code are advanced, the Physician Assistant will comply with those requirements as well. Under current Medical Staff Rules and Regulations, all medical record entries and/or orders written by the Physician Assistant require later Physician authentication. Additionally, all patients must be seen and evaluated by the physician of record at least once every 24 hours (inpatient only). A Physician will directly supervise procedures unless competency and Physician approval is documented. Job Description Essential responsibilities: Clinical:

Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing or Physician Assistant Program is required. 2. MSN required for Nurse Practitioner Mandatory Licensure/Certifications: 1. Certification from the National Commission of Physician Assistants for PA . 2. Licensed to practice in Indiana. 3. Current licensure by the Indiana State Board of Nurses' Registration and Nursing Education as an active Registered Nurse or active Physician Assistant licensure.
