Responsibilities
Join our team at Cedar Hills as a Outpatient Military Program Therapist and learn how you can make a lasting difference in your community! How you will make an impact: The Outpatient Military Program Therapist carries a caseload of about 20 patients that are enrolled in the Partial Hospitalization Program or Intensive Outpatient Program levels of care. These patients are either active duty, or veterans. Responsibilities include; running group therapy for 20 hours per week, meeting individually with patients for case management/individual therapy needs, participating in multi-disciplinary treatment team meetings, and documenting all services (i.e. group, individual, etc.). A successful therapist will facilitate productive and beneficial groups, support their patients transitioning into and out of the program, coordinate successfully with outside providers, and complete documentation efficiently.
