Acara Solutions is seeking highly qualified candidates to work Onsite with our client in Melbourne, FL. Interested?

Here's what you'd do:

  • Perform hand soldering by utilizing a microscope to remove, install, align and straighten parts
  • Remove solder from Gold Plate, prepare for re-plating and re-plate
  • Use epoxy to affix loose pads to the board
  • Add land material when it is broken or missing
  • Apply epoxy to damaged PC Boards to repair fiberglass
  • Install missing pads.

Here's what you'll get:

  • Pay rate: $18.00/Hour.
  • Hours: Full-Time; 1st shift 7:00AM-3:30PM Monday - Friday
  • Length: Temp to Direct

Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in hand-soldering Printed Circuit Board Assemblies
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
  • J-STD-001 Certification.
  • IPC certification
  • Read and write in English
  • Knowledge of working on computers
  • Capable of performing job functions utilizing written procedures, verbal instructions and visual aids.
  • Ability to work and communicate effectively as a team member.
  • Self-motivated, ability to work independently and quickly with a high degree of accuracy

Additional Information:

  • Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen.
  • Lift up to 35 pounds
