We are seeking a strategic HRIS Manager to lead the development and optimization of our HR systems. In this role, you'll drive efficiency, improve data accuracy, and ensure our HR technology meets the evolving needs of the business. The HRIS Manager will lead the successful conversion of our Deltek Costpoint People and Payroll software to a new HRIS system, implementing Dayforce HCM for HR and Payroll functions. This role involves managing the entire process, including planning, conversion, execution and integration. The HRIS Manager will oversee the successful integration of our iCIMS Applicant Tracking Software with Dayforce HCM, as well as the integration of Deltek Costpoint accounting and timesheet software. This role also includes managing the conversion of our Saba Performance Appraisal Data and Document Logistix (Employee Records) software to the Dayforce HCM Platform. Ongoing attention and optimization of our software systems post-implementation required. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HRIS project management, technical expertise, and the ability to collaborate across departments to ensure smooth system integration and functionality. AMERICAN SYSTEMS is committed to pay transparency for our applicants and employee-owners. The salary/hourly range for this position is $105,000- $150,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors permitted by law.
