THE JOB:

As a Runner in our Employee Dining Room at Mandalay Bay, you'll play a key role in providing our team members with a clean, welcoming, and well-stocked dining environment. In this behind-the-scenes position, you'll maintain cleanliness, ensure stations are stocked with essentials, and support the smooth operation of our buffet-style employee dining area. Your attention to detail and dedication will help create a positive dining experience for our staff.

THE STARTING RATE:$19.5661

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Maintain the cleanliness of dining tables and surrounding areas, wiping down surfaces as needed.
• Restock supplies at drink stations, including mugs, cups, and coffee machines, ensuring availability at all times.
• Replenish non-hot food items such as sliced bread and bagels.
• Organize and stock silverware, napkins, and other essentials in the EDR.
• Monitor equipment like milk dispensers, coffee machines, and soda fountains to ensure they are clean and functioning properly.
• Assist with keeping stations and supply areas organized and tidy throughout the shift.
• Interact with team members courteously, providing service with a friendly and professional attitude.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
