All about the role:

This position is a senior level technician requiring a minimum of 7 years' experience in the appliance repair industry. Responsible for training and developing junior technicians. You will be able to multi task and assist management with projects and supervisory duties.

As an example to the team, you should be proficient and excel in all aspects of appliance repair and customer service. You will also represent Electrolux Brands in the most professional and proficient manner.

What you'll do:

  • Repair consumer's appliances as requested

  • Drive service vehicle through an assigned route to multiple repair locations

  • Record all activities via computer system/tablet

  • Maintain an inventory of parts on assigned vehicle and minimize cost through proficient inventory control.

  • Work with junior technicians to maintain an accurate truck inventory

  • Wear designated uniform & maintain standards of personal grooming & appearance consistent with Electrolux values

  • Assist management in motivating and training technicians to achieve performance standards

  • Coach and train technicians on processes, policies, and technical concerns.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • Authority to approve replacements per Warranty guidelines.

Physical demands:

The employee frequently is required to drive, walk, sit, and stand. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, and ability to adjust focus. Qualifications required:

  • High School Diploma required. Appliance Repair Certification or AAS preferred.

  • 7+ years' experience in appliance repair industry.

  • CFC Certified.

  • Appliance Repair Electrical License as required (by state)

  • Proficient in sealed system repairs.

  • Ability to train others on sealed system repairs.

  • Candidates must live within the Mountain Time Zone.

  • Demonstrates the ability to provide leadership for all techs and assist management in implementing processes, policies and programs.

  • Proficient in training others on the use of all tools and equipment provided by Electrolux.

Where you'll be:

This position will be fully remote within an assigned geographical territory, in this case within the Mountain Time Zone.
