Overview:

As an Account Manager within our in-house creative agency, you'll be integral in ensuring that our clients' creative projects are developed and executed to the highest standards. In addition to managing client projects, you'll provide valuable counsel on design and contribute to business development efforts.

This position will work in our Topeka AE office; you'll be inspired every day by talented teammates and an amazing culture. What you'll do:


  • Serve as the primary creative point of contact for clients, addressing their needs, concerns and feedback promptly and effectively
  • Consult with clients to determine their creative marketing needs
  • Understand client's products/services, target audiences and markets
  • Provide creative briefs with strategic guidance and input on design concepts, collaborating closely with creative teams to ensure client objectives are met
  • Coordinate print, web and video projects working with the client and creative team to ensure the communication is strategic, branded and consistent
  • Manage client projects from concept to completion, ensuring all deliverables are met on time and within budget
  • Research and recommend vendors for printing, packaging and promotional items
  • Handles changing priorities and other duties as assigned


Experience you'll bring:


  • Proven experience in account management and project coordination
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients and internal teams
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines with frequent interruptions
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and client needs in a dynamic environment
  • Ability to working independently, but also as a collaborative team member
  • A passion for creativity and innovation, with a commitment to delivering exceptional results for clients


Bonus Points:


  • Three years' business experience - ad agency experience ideal
  • Knowledge of design principles and the creative process, with the ability to provide constructive feedback and guidance
  • Experience in project management tools and software
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing and SEO
