The Role: The Manager of Data Analytics & Quality Assurance supports the Ethics & Compliance team by developing and maintaining data solutions, dashboards, and visuals that identify risks and trends based on key risk indicators (KRIs). This position is responsible for writing advanced SQL queries, leveraging Python for automation and analysis, optimizing business processes, and analyzing data trends to discover opportunities for improvement. Who you will work with: This role will report directly to the Senior Director of Compliance and interact daily with Compliance department leadership and the Chief Ethics & Compliance Officer.
