AllHealth Network is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to Lead our Depression Intensive Outpatient Program location.

Hours: 10:00 AM - 6PM, Monday - Thursday (Optional Friday Hours)

Location: 155 Inverness Drive West, Englewood, CO 80112

Program Description: The Depression IOP is multi-disciplinary, outcome based, action oriented program that incorporates evidence based curriculum into both group and individual treatment. Evidence based practices include Behavioral Activation, Acceptance Commitment Therapy and DBT. All clinical staff will have the support of clinical experts in these EBPs over the first six (6) months of the program development.

Role Description: The IOP Clinical Supervisor II is responsible for the program oversight and operations in the implementation of group based treatment in this new specialized program at AllHealth Network called the MOSAIC Center for Positive Living. Additional programs are expected to open in the MOSAIC Center in the next year. We are looking for a leader who can support the growth of these programs!

Goals:



  • Serves as the connection point with program consultants to monitor the success of IOP
  • Utilizes motivational interviewing skills to engage program participants
  • Supervises IOP Clinicians
  • Coordinates utilization reviews to ensure appropriate fund source coverage for services


Your Role:



  • Serves as an active member of the clinical treatment team conducting orientation sessions with all new potential clients; will be expected to fill in providing direct services during clinician gaps
  • Ensuring staff compliance with weekly data collection of standardized measures
  • Provides timely contact with commercial payers for utilization management updates based on clinical information
  • Meets regularly with program staff to review outcomes management procedures, adherence, and make necessary modifications using a consultative model
  • Provides clinical supervision to staff regarding evidence-based program model
  • Facilitates periodic onsite visits with program consultants to address environment issues, programmatic gaps and areas for improvement


What you'll need:



  • At least two years of clinical practice in an IOP setting preferred.
  • At least one year of supervision practice in an IOP preferred.
  • Knowledge of utilization management and outcomes management preferred.


Salary: $78,000 - $82,700 annually
