There are 2 Positions - One position will support Trauma and the other position will support Recon Hips & Knees. *This position does not provide any type of visa sponsorship now or in the future** What will you be doing? As a key member of the US Orthopedics Finance Team, the Finance Business Partners (FBP) are responsible for financial reporting and business partnering with Marketing along with one of the VP of Sales for one of the three US areas to drive business expansion and profitable growth. By developing and maintaining strong cross-functional relationships, the FBP will provide commercial and financial insight to drive performance and ensure rigor in decision-making. By combining finance expertise with business acumen, the Finance Business Partners will provide valuable insight to ensure optimal decision-making outcomes and constructively challenges the business to ensure ongoing alignment to strategic and financial goals. This includes evaluating investment opportunities, identifying efficiency and cost improvements and identifying and mitigating commercial risk. Furthermore, the Finance Business Partners are expected to proactively identify, propose and pursue opportunities for innovation and growth.
What will you need to be successful?
The anticipated compensation range for this position is $120,000.00 - $165,000.00 USD annually and the compensation offered will depend on the candidate's qualifications. You may also be entitled to receive bonus and benefits, which may include medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401k, tuition reimbursement, medical leave programs, and a variety of wellness offerings.
