Requirements:
- Candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science and 5years of experience in Designing, developing, and deploying customized cloud native business operation management software applications.
- Must have experience in:
- Utilizing NET, javascript frameworks, and powershell scripting development languages to develop cloud-based software applications.
- Deploying software applications into Cloud based infrastructure utilizing Sharepoint, Azure, Office 365, and power platform.
- Leading and managing development teams in business process automation architecture and implementation.
- Performing resource planning activities that reduce and optimize cost for application development and deployment services.
Job Duties:
- Manage all aspects of business operations management software application development and support.
- Design, develop, and deploy customized cloud native business operation management software applications.
- Consult with customers as well as internal departments on project status, proposals, or technical issues, such as software system design and/or maintenance.
- Design, develop, and support the products on-premises and Cloud platforms (i.e.: SharePoint Online, Power Platform, .NET, Azure, 3rd Party SaaS, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Microsoft workplace products like O365, SCCM, InTune, WufB, desktop applications etc.) as well as managing the L2/L3 developers & analyst.
- Deploy software applications into Cloud based infrastructure utilizing Sharepoint, Azure, Office 365, and power platform.
- Responsible for managing and coordinating product development, installation, and rollout by focusing on technical feasibility, design optimization, user experience, Level2/Level3 level production issues and resolution.
- Utilize NET, javascript frameworks, and powershell scripting development languages to develop cloud-based software applications.
- Lead the planning, communication, assessments, and implementation of key digital projects within the workplace.
- Lead and manage development teams in business process automation architecture and implementation.
- Provide strategic, interpersonal, and operational leadership for our organization in Web Development and Digital Workplace.
- Interact with business users at all levels of management to understand business needs.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams, architects, and developers to obtain information on project limitations and capabilities.
- Deliver portfolio of work that supports our eBusiness strategies as well as the development and implementation of applications that support digital employee enablement and elevates the digital dexterity of our workforce.
- Partner with management to develop short and long-term product roadmaps to ensure continuous improvement, modernization, and rationalization of applications.
- Work closely with development teams to capture and document Application Maintenance and support procedures.
- Lead in cost optimization, capacity planning, tuning systems stability, provisioning, and scaling of the production cloud applications.
- Perform resource planning activities that reduce and optimize cost for application development and deployment services.
- Store, retrieve, and manipulate data for analysis of system capabilities and requirements.
- Act as the escalation point for production support to diagnose, triage, and resolve application issues.
