The Facilities Administration Department provides administrative services to Physical Plant, Architecture and Construction Services, Project Management, HUB management for daily operations. Areas of responsibility include AiM System Administration, Finance, Budget, staffing and personnel management, procurement and inventory management, and also serves as a customer care and problem resolution office across campus.

The Quality Control and Warranty Manager will oversee the warranty process for products, services and equipment across the UNCW campus for campus-owned equipment that is maintained by Facilities.
