Role: Assistant Manager- Community Management Brand: Urban Decay Location: El Segundo, CA Description: Urban Decay is looking for a passionate community-builder to nurture and grow our vibrant network of beauty enthusiasts! You'll be the voice of the brand within this community, creating engaging experiences and fostering meaningful connections that involve developing and implementing creative strategies that resonate with our audience by moderating discussions, and responding everyone that touches the brand in a digital space. You'll be a keen listener and instrumental in in strengthening our community and building brand advocacy. Collaboration is key, as you'll work closely with the team to ensure community needs are met and staying ahead of industry trends will allow you to continually refine UD's approach and ensure we're providing the best possible experience to our audience on social. Job Responsibilities:
- Community Engagement: Actively engage with online communities across various platforms (e.g., Meta, Tiktok, Reddit, and YouTube) by responding and proactively pursuing comments, messages, and engagements.
- Social Listening and Monitoring: Monitor social media channels for brand mentions, industry trends, and competitor activity. Identify and escalate potential crises or issues to the appropriate team members.
- Community Growth: Implement tactics and execution to grow online communities organically, including identifying and engaging with potential influencers/creators and brand advocates.
- Reporting and Analytics: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports on community growth, engagement, and sentiment. Analyze data to identify trends and optimize social media strategies.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and sales, to ensure a consistent brand message and voice across all platforms.
- Platform Expertise: Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends, best practices, and platform updates. Research and recommend new social media platforms and tools.
- Community Management Tool Management: Utilize social media management tools to schedule posts, monitor conversations, and track performance. (SPRINKLR, TRAACKR, CreatorIQ/Tribe, TalkWalker)

Salary Range: $77,400- $110,300 + bonus
