Title: Client Services Specialist Location: Irvine, CA 92612 (Onsite) Duration: 6 Months Pre-Screening Questions: What are your years of Experience in Marketing and InDesign? What are your years of experience in Real Estate/ are you Licensed? Are you aware of and comfortable with this being an onsite role? Resource's typical working day: Data Entry, making database updates. Listing updates. Marketing and design work. Expense and marketing reporting. Manage marketing budget and team budget & spend. Sending client gifts. Listing agreements and paperwork. Verify state compliance. Mailing list accuracy. Processing vouchers for the team. MUST be proficient in InDesign. Does Admin and CS work, but also point person for marketing. Years of Experience needed: 2+ years experience. Level of Education: HS diploma or GED, BA preferred. Systems/Software proficiencies: InDesign MUST, MS Office (calendar & Teams main use), Familiar with photoshop. Certifications/Licenses: Real estate license preferred (knowing terminology). Top Must have Skills: Tech Savvy (comfortable with new apps), Organized. Top Nice to have Skills: Tech Savvy (comfortable with new apps), background in graphic design. Interview Process: 2-3 rounds, Over Teams and In person.
