Description Acara Solutions is hiring Manufacturing Operators in Tolleson, AZ Full-time, direct hire with great benefits Day and night shifts available (12-hour shifts, compressed schedule) Shift options: 5:45am-5:45pm Sun-Tues, every other Wednesday 5:45am-5:45pm Thurs-Sat, every other Wednesday 5:45pm-5:45am Sun-Tues, every other Wednesday 5:45pm-5:45am Thurs-Sat, every other Wednesday Job Summary: As a Production Operator at our partners Phoenix facility, you will be an integral part of the panel manufacturing process. Your primary responsibilities include operating and maintaining production equipment, ensuring quality control, and contributing to the efficient and sustainable production of solar energy components. This role requires attention to detail and commitment to safety and environmental standards. Duties and responsibilities: Operate and monitor machinery involved in the production Including but not limited to, photovoltaic cell manufacturing, soldering, encapsulation, and testing equipment. Monitor production processes, equipment parameters, and environmental conditions to ensure optimal efficiency and adherence to specifications. Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a secure working environment. Participate in safety training sessions and contribute to the continuous improvement of safety measures. Job Requirements Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in a related field is a plus. Previous experience in manufacturing. Basic knowledge of safety and environmental regulations. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Positive working attitude Basic computer skills Ability to work with a team. Ability to prioritize. Working conditions: Works in a manufacturing environment. Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment May be required to work after hours and on weekends or holidays Physical requirements: Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times Standing for 12 hour shifts.
