The position requires excellent internal and external business office relations, supervision and leadership. Effectively interacts with patients, doctors and other staff, while maintaining a high standard of professionalism at all times. In addition to overall management duties the Front Office Supervisor will also receive the patient and direct them to the services needed. Making appointments and making preliminary assessment category of payment for patients are essential before provider can see them. BLS within 3 months of hire and maintain current. 3. Phlebotomy Certification preferred; but not required. 4. 1 year of medical office experience. A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $26.19 to $39.82. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
