Financial Service Professional opportunity in Tempe, AZ Be part of the leading provider of investment and business solutions for independent financial advisors and institutions across the nation serving and supporting more than 21,000 financial advisors. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: * As a Financial Service Professional, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional service to advisors and investors. * The journey will begin with a four-month contract training program, during which you will study for and obtain your SIE. * You will receive extensive training on clients, systems, and products. **** You will serve as the first point of contact for Advisors and their Investors. *** * Taking 25-30 inbound contacts daily, handling everything from simple account inquiries to supporting complex financial transactions. Throughout this entire period, you will receive hands-on coaching and support as well as guided on-the-job training on our Service 360 team. Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
