Description TEKsystems's customer specializes in design and installation of voice and data cabling, AV systems, security systems, and VoIP telephony for organizations within the Middle Tennessee and surrounding states. They are seeking a skilled Access Control Programmer to join their security team. The ideal candidate will have experience with access control systems and security equipment, including Brivo, Eagle Eye, and Honeywell Vista panels. This role involves programming, configuring, and maintaining access control systems to ensure the security and safety of our clients' facilities. Key Responsibilities: -Programming and Configuration: Develop and configure access control systems using Brivo, Eagle Eye, and Honeywell Vista panels. -System Integration: Integrate access control systems with other security systems and ensure seamless operation. -Troubleshooting and Maintenance: Diagnose and resolve issues with access control systems, perform regular maintenance, and ensure optimal performance. -Client Support: Provide technical support and training to clients on the use and management of access control systems. -Documentation: Maintain detailed records of system configurations, changes, and maintenance activities. -Compliance: Ensure all systems comply with relevant security standards and regulations. Skills Security, Access control, Programming, Wiring, Honeywell, Eagle Eye, Brivo, Cat5, Cat6 Additional Skills & Qualifications -Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in access control programming and system integration. -Technical Skills: Proficiency with Brivo, Eagle Eye, and Honeywell Vista panels. Knowledge of network protocols and security standards. -Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. -Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. -Certifications: Relevant certifications in access control systems or security technology are a plus. Experience Level Expert Level Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $40.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
