Description Major Job Duties and Responsibilities: o Gather requirements from business units and configures them in SmartRecruiters and Avature o Defect investigation in SmartRecruiters and Avature o Confer with clients regarding the nature of the information processing or computation needs. Typical Day: o Using ServiceNow to manage/analyze tickets for the end user. Will work on how tickets are being sent. No coding involved. Skills Avature, SmartRecruiter Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience using ServiceNow, Jira, Workday or similar ticketing system Responsibility level o Exercises minimal independent judgment with direction from supervisor Skills o Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills (Required) o Basic ability to work independently and manage one's time (Required) o Basic knowledge of design techniques and principles involved in production of drawings and models (Preferred) o Basic knowledge of computer software, such as Visual Basic, Java, SQL, etc (Preferred) Nice to have Skills -Communication skills -Speak the business language Roles/Responsibilities -Managing tickets and analyzing tickets while also working with the business for end user experience Experience Level Expert Level Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $68.06 - $92.08 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
