*Seeking technicians with 1+ year of PC Refresh experience or with IT certifications*
*Description:* * Resources will perform PC Refresh on a daily basis. There is a script to follow on the PC Refresh (No imaging) - Not looking for imaging techs. Resources must have experience backing up end user data via OneDrive and installing end user profiles (Data, browser/Outlook) on their new machine. * Will Roam around Washington DC metro for PC Refreshes * Expectation: Daily basis: 5 machines a day * Weekly expectation: 25 machines per week Windows 10 PC Refresh Technician Must have documented experience performing PC Refresh activities. Customer expects 25 machines per week-MANDATORY NO EXCEPTIONS See example: Refresh Technician This is a refresh/Deployment project for refreshing machines->upgrading, replacing, and configuring PC devices. * Conducted data migration and backups, including user account creation and Windows settings configuration for PCs, alongside iOS device management. * Implemented automated email archiving and retention policies in Microsoft Exchange. * Must have experience using migration tool or processes such as Microsoft User State Migration Tool (USMT) for PC data migration/refresh activities Resources will be using ServiceNow ticketing system for documenting migration/refresh activities on a daily basis. *Top Skills Details:* Windows 7 / 10, PC Refresh *Additional Skills & Qualifications:* Resource must have Windows 10 experience Seeking flexible resources who are able to roam the Washington DC area to support clients. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $26.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
