We are looking for an* Escalations Representative* for our top client located in West Des Moines, Iowa!
You will be joining in the Archive Doc Request team. Where the main responsiblity is printing and assembling document packages, faxing documents to customers. Team member will also be trained on pulling microfiche payment history requests and imaging to ICMP. * *Shift:* M-F 7.30am - 4.00pm * *Contract:* 9 months, with potential to grow and extend in position * *Location: *800 S Jordan Creek Pkwy, West Des Moines, Ia 50266 * *Experience needed:* (6+ months in Financial Services (eg : payment processing, open and closing bank accounts), Banking CSR, Bank Teller, Administrative Assistant in financial firm. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
