Description We are seeking qualified and versatile individuals to assist with Large Language Model (LLM) training and QA. The ideal candidate should possess good language proficiency, cultural awareness, and the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines. Details about the role: Tasks can include, but are not limited to, the following: * Rank LLM prompt-answer pairs (using a defined quality framework). * Write from scratch prompts, and/or answers. Write dialogues for selected topics. * Rewrite a subject of conversations following requested guidelines and requests prioritizing safety, creativity and correctness * Conduct research, when required, to develop writing/prompt ideas * Ensure confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion. * Maintain knowledge of domain-specific terminology and stay up-to-date with language and cultural trends. * Audit high priority content, based on project requirements. Requirements * Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Attention to detail and the ability to make quick, accurate decisions. * Knowledge of current internet safety issues, trends, and regulations. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Proficiency with standard office software and content management systems. Desired Experience: * Creative writers * Content writers * Essay writers * English teachers * Degree in Communication or similar discipline * Literature graduates (including Phd) * B.A. in Communications, Journalism Sociology or similar field of study Skills LLM, AI Prompt, Technical writing, Content writing, Content strategy Top Skills Details LLM,AI Prompt Additional Skills & Qualifications * Have 4+ years of experience in content moderation and be able to follow instructions on your own. * Be comfortable using tools like Google Sheets, email, Slack, and Zoom. * Be flexible and able to switch between tasks and context quickly. * Work independently without needing step-by-step instructions or live help, using the SOPs provided. Experience Level Entry Level Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $25.85 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
