In this role, you will:



  • Investigate and resolve escalated, complex software issues. Collaborate with development
    team on bug reports and resolutions. Implement workarounds to minimize impact of issues
  • Analyze customer-reported incidents, reproduce problems in controlled environments, and
    perform in-depth troubleshooting to identify root causes
  • Provide timely and effective communication to customers, keeping them informed of progress
    and resolution status
  • Lead the creation and maintenance of comprehensive knowledge base articles,
    troubleshooting guides, and support documentation
  • Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support for critical incidents, as needed
  • Identify recurring issues and patterns, proactively work towards long-term resolutions, and
    collaborate with development teams to improve product quality and reliability
  • Collaborate with product management and development teams to provide insights and
    feedback based on customer-reported issues and pain points
  • Drive the maintenance of support-related documentation, including incident reports,
    troubleshooting guides, and knowledge base articles
  • Ensure adherence to documentation standards, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and completeness of
    information



Who You Are:



  • Knowledge of Verint highly desirable
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related degree, or
    equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 5 years testing experience using software development life cycle with major focus
    on functional testing, usability testing and integration testing
  • 2 years of Programming/scripting experience in any language
  • 3 years of experience working with web-based products hosted on Windows using Weblogic,
    IIS, Tomcat SQL Server
  • 3 years of technical/product support, software installation or R&D experience in a software
    company
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to understand and read log files & willingness to go into details to understand the root
    cause of the issues. Ability to lead complex issues triaging and handling escalations.
  • Knowledge in development/scripting languages like Java, Java script, Python, PowerShell, .Net,
    C++, VBScript, JSON etc.
  • Knowledge of SQL Server
  • Good knowledge of tools such as Wireshark, Fiddler, Netmon is added advantage
  • Experience in troubleshooting performance issues in complex products is huge advantage
  • Familiarity with Contact Center operations and tools helpful
  • Experience with the installation, support, use, or administration of quality monitoring and other
    workforce management software's will be added advantage
  • Experience with Security such as SSL, Single Sign-On with Windows & other IT security aspects
