This role oversees areas of high volume and significant strategic and financial impact on the current and future success of Sentara Hospitals. The Director is responsible for coordinating the delivery of high-quality services that meet or exceed customer expectations. This includes developing, marketing, and strategically planning new and existing services across multiple hospitals. The Director contributes to the success of departments and product lines through the achievement of System, Hospital, and divisional goals. This role involves setting the vision and culture, fostering ownership, and driving process improvements to create sustainable, value-added services. Additionally, the Director provides leadership and administers fiscal, corporate, and human resource policies and practices in a multi-skilled, multi-functional environment. Key Responsibilities:
