POSITION OVERVIEW Director of Clinical Operations serves as the lead behavioral and mental health professional within the residential portion of the company. The position partners with residential operations to ensure that effective and quality clinical services are provided to individuals supported by the agency. This position is responsible for ensuring the efficacy of clinical interventions, infusion of behavioral support plans throughout the multidisciplinary team, systemic oversight, and program evaluation that is driven by person-centered outcomes and organizational KPIs. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES The position directs and supervises the Behavioral Specialists The Director of Clinical Operations provides direct clinical supervision to behavioral specialists across the organization and participates in guiding, informing, supporting, and evaluating the programmatic needs of residential services with respect to behavioral and mental health needs.
