We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Executive Assistant to support our SVP of Network and Service Reliability (including VPs on the team). This is a high-impact role requiring a proactive, detail-oriented individual with exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will be a true partner to the SVP, anticipating needs, streamlining operations, and representing the department with professionalism and polish.

The role is based in Atlanta and a 100% in-office role.

Responsibilities:

Executive Support

  • Complex calendar management and scheduling, including prioritizing meetings and resolving conflicts.
  • Coordinating travel arrangements, including itineraries, and accommodation.
  • Preparing expense reports and managing budgets.
  • Composing and preparing correspondence, presentations, and reports.
  • Managing confidential information with discretion.


Project Management & Organization

  • Assisting with project coordination and tracking, including meeting deadlines and following up on action items.
  • Proactively identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency.


Communication & Relationship Building

  • Serving as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key personnel across the organization.
  • Representing the SVP and the department VPs with professionalism and diplomacy.


Advanced Administrative Support:

  • Utilizing advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) to create high-quality documents and presentations.
  • Conducting research and data analysis as needed.
  • Managing and coordinating departmental events and meetings.


Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma/GED and 7 years' experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as any level degree/certification beyond a HS diploma/GED in a related discipline and 5 years' experience; or 9 years' experience in a related field.
  • Over 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant providing support to senior-level executives, preferably within a technology-focused setting.
  • Advanced level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Skilled in data analysis and conducting research.
  • Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, matrixed environments.
  • Extensive experience in calendar management and event coordination, overseeing all logistical details.
  • Proactive and anticipatory approach to problem-solving.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a high level of professionalism.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High energy and positive attitude.
  • Impeccable discretion and judgment.
  • Strong interest in technology and the telecommunications industry.


USD 28.65 - 42.98 per hour

Compensation:

Hourly base pay rate is $28.65 - $42.98/hour. The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program.

Benefits:

Employees are eligible to receive a minimum of sixteen hours of paid time off every month and seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year. Employees are also eligible for additional paid time off in the form of bereavement leave, time off to vote, jury duty leave, volunteer time off, military leave, and parental leave.
