Reporting to the Area Business Analyst Manager, the Associate Area Business Analyst is responsible for the analytical support of a Orthopaedics sales division. Are you ready to take on a dynamic role where your analytical skills and business acumen will drive impactful results? As a key contributor, you will play a vital role in identifying opportunities, optimizing resources, and collaborating across teams to support organizational growth. In this role, you will serve as a key communicator, sharing insights and opportunities across the organization and contributing to monthly and quarterly business reviews. You will analyze business data to uncover revenue opportunities, improve asset utilization, and highlight performance trends within your area. Partnering with sales leadership, you will identify revenue growth opportunities, including cross-selling products, targeting new customers, and addressing pricing gaps. Your expertise will help develop accurate revenue forecasts by assessing the impact of new, lost, and existing customers. Additionally, you will collaborate with field logistics teams to enhance asset utilization, monitor robotic equipment usage, compare requested versus utilized implants, and reallocate underutilized assets to higher-performing locations. Data accuracy will be central to your success as you ensure the integrity of business data and oversee the alignment of sales teams with the correct cost centers, quotas, and reporting structures within internal systems. You are encouraged to have a BS in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics, with an MBA being preferable. Ideally, you bring at least 1 year of experience in finance and/or strategic analysis, along with strong financial knowledge and the ability to work with large data sets to derive actionable insights. Experience in the medical device field sales is helpful and will improve your ability to excel in this role. To succeed, you need excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently, taking initiative without relying on direct management direction. Proficiency in Microsoft applications, particularly Excel and Power BI, is crucial, as these tools will play a meaningful role in your daily responsibilities. **This position is NOTproviding visa sponsorship** You.
