The Role As the Solution Delivery Manager, you'll be integral to our work in helping vulnerable children achieve a brighter future. You will lead the successful execution of product development efforts within an agile framework. Partnering closely with a Product Manager, you will focus on the "how"-ensuring that resources are available, risks are managed, and work is delivered efficiently and on time. Your primary responsibility is maintaining delivery velocity by leveraging agile methodologies, fostering team collaboration, and ensuring delivery based on the product team's strategic roadmap and overall strategic goals for the organization. You will work with a suite of products that enhance the user experience for supporters and staff within Save the Children. In addition to coordinating sprints and facilitating daily scrums, you will manage third-party vendors, plan releases, and optimize team workflows. Strong communication and leadership skills will be essential for driving transparency, avoiding silos, and keeping all stakeholders informed about progress and delivery schedules. This is a temporary assignment with an anticipated end date of June 2026.
