FOX Television Stations owns and operates 29 full power broadcast television stations in the U.S. These include stations located in 14 of the top 15 largest designated market areas, or DMAs, and duopolies in 11 DMAs, including the three largest DMAs (New York, Los Angeles and Chicago). Of these stations, 18 are affiliated with the FOX Network. In addition to distributing sports, entertainment and syndicated content, our television stations collectively produce approximately 1,200 hours of local news every week. These stations leverage viewer, distributor and advertiser demand for the FOX Network's national content.

Come join Dallas Fort Worth's top source for local news and be the first News Director to lead the KDFW news team in a brand new, state of the art facility coming in 2026. KDFW Fox 4 is seeking a dynamic, high-performing, results-driven News Director to build on our long-term success and lead our team into the future. KDFW airs 78.5 hours of local news each week, more than double the news of any other station in Dallas Fort Worth. The News Director will oversee news content and production on our linear platforms, digital platforms, and streaming platform - FOX Local. The ideal candidate will be expected to develop new, original content for linear, streaming and digital platforms. They must bring a creative approach to the job with a successful track record of developing new ideas and seeing those ideas to fruition. The ideal candidate will be part of a winning team that believes in supporting, mentoring and training our staff. We are searching for an experienced Vice President News Director.
