Managed Services Operator - Per Diem (West Coast and Southeast) Position Overview: The Managed Services Operator is a key member of Laerdal's Managed Services Team, delivering expert support and ensuring seamless service delivery for programs such as Simulators as a Service, SimTechs as a Service, Scenarios as a Service, Nurse Onboarding, and Accelerate Programs. In this role, you will collaborate with the Business Development and Sales teams, providing support for customer engagements, tradeshows, and the implementation of new programs. Additionally, the Managed Services Operator oversees all aspects of Laerdal equipment management, including setup, maintenance, and shipping. You will also contribute as a standardized patient in training scenarios, playing a vital role in enhancing the quality of Laerdal's solutions and customer experiences. Requirements:
Compensation: $350 daily rate Please note that this range does not include any other compensation or benefits that an individual may be eligible for.
