Overview LMI is seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to oversee and deliver a multi-disciplinary transformation within a military health client space and spearhead the oversight and growth of a portfolio of projects and strategic partnerhsips within this client space. The primary client program will require the Program Manager to lead a team of consultants, designers, and technologists, tasked with assisting the military health client in standing up an innovation cell within thier organization. In addition to excellent leadership, contract management, and business accumen, the Program Manager should have technical experience in standing up cross-functional program offices, establishing design thinking-led organizational pracrices, developing cutting edge technologies and business processes, and fostering a culture of scaled innovation. This role is designed for an energetic self-starter who will excel in project delivery, managing and nurturing a strategic partnership, driving growth, promoting our offerings and solutions, and positioning LMI for future expansion. This position is based in Tysons, VA but will require regular travel to various client locations. Responsibilities Project Oversight and Leadership:

Qualifications
