***This role will be temporary and fully onsite, based in our NYC office location

As the Temporary HR Coordinator you will provide HR support to our US employees. You will guide employees and managers seeking transactional support to the right resources while also providing administrative support within the HR team. Your approach and energy for this position will play a significant part in caring for our people, and this position will provide insight and exposure to a broad range of HR functions to support future career development.

What You'll Do

  • Offer prompt, friendly and courteous service to all of our employees, managers, and candidates as the first point of contact for both in-person and virtual interactions

  • Collaborate with HR team to assist with a variety of tasks, all with the focus on delivering information and support to colleagues within the organization

  • You will work on a broad range of HR related activities related to recruiting, onboarding, performance management, and employee recognition

  • Create presentations, communications and documents to support HR initiatives and employee programs

  • Assist with employee record keeping

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Human Resources or related field preferred; equivalent work experience may be considered if candidate meets other qualifications.

  • 1-2 years of HR related experience preferred.

  • Working knowledge of HRIS systems including data management and reporting skills. Workday system experience preferred.

  • Strong service oriented mindset with a focus on meeting the needs of our employees and managers with empathy and a friendly, professional presence and demeanor.

  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Detail oriented with the ability to check own work and maintain high degree of accuracy.

  • Workday experience preferred but not required.

Compensation

  • $24.00 per hour
