The College of Arts and Sciences is seeking (1) an experienced Business Affairs Coordinator.

HERE IS WHAT YOU WILL DO

The ideal candidate for this position will be responsible for handling business services transactions.

The essential duties and responsibilities of the Business Affairs Coordinator are the following:



  • Entry of business transactions into PantherMart to include vendor invoice payments, employee and non-employee reimbursements, punchout and hosted catalog purchases, non-catalog items, travel authorizations, independent contract/consultant and guest speaker payments, and change order forms.
  • All transactions will be routed to the Senior Business Services Coordinator for review and 1st approval.
  • Using Spectrum's web invoice system to enter Foundation vendor invoice payments reimbursements. All transactions are to be routed to the next level approver for review and payment.
  • Require a PCard state purchasing card.
  • Must pass a background and credit check before a final offer will be made.
  • Other duties assigned.

Qualifications :

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor's degree and two years of business management experience or a combination of education and related experience.
