Summary: Vivint Smart Home is seeking a highly motivated and strategic Product Manager - Growth to lead key initiatives aimed at driving revenue and enhancing customer experiences through Vivint's mobile app. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing the in-app shopping experience, enabling customers to seamlessly upgrade their systems with additional products and Servicess. You will also oversee Vivint's Refer-a-Friend program, driving new customer acquisition through innovative referral strategies. Additionally, you will manage cross-sell opportunities between Vivint and its parent company, NRG, leveraging the mobile app to deliver an integrated and value-added customer experience. Your efforts will directly contribute to Vivint&aposs growth and customer retention, focusing on expanding the adoption of smart home and energy solutions. Primary Responsibilities:
